mspieredone04I wanna say a big thank you to Earthmother for featuring my Raw Mini Mango Berry Pies on her blog In The Raw’s Feast For The Eyes. She made it for her birthday and enjoyed it. I am very honoured and became one happy baby ^w^ all over again. Watermelon showered in Raw Cheeze Powder

watermelon1Is there a more exciting way to eat melon balls than this?

Here’s something I tried that I really have taken a liking to this summer: Watermelon balls with Raw Parmesan Cheeze topping (see the end of post Zestful Zuchinni Spaghetti- Nutritional Yeast + Ground Raw Walnuts. It’s a nice mix of sweet and salty- sweetness from the watermelon and salty from the yeast and walnut mixture. Quite tasty, I have to admit it’s better than eating it on its own.

Being overly sentimental might be deemed as a flaw, but my whole being seem to embrace it, even thrive on it. Can I ever practice detachment like the Zen monks and DADA artists have mastered so marvelously?

Things I hold too dearly, I crush and destroy. Like the cherished house lantern made of casually painted clay. It broke into pieces one day, with an accidental slip. I cried then but now I realized it was a blessing in disguise.

I am learning to let go, to let things fall apart.
