Red Orange Attack!! Salad
Last week was revision week. Team Vegan Food blogs and Team Tatlin-Duchamp- Oppenheim were all battling for my attention. Sadly, Team Vegan Food Blogs won and now I am now just not keen at all to know how I did for the finals. I know therefore I don’t wanna know. Was my time squandered? Did all that hours looking at those gorgeous mouth-watering creations go to waste? Reading those food blogs sure inspired me to whip something up and catalogue them so now I have a camera full of foodie pictures to share. I guess you have to be the judge of it.
It was a lovely Sunday morning and I always have fruit salad for breakfast, cos’ it’s the best time to get the whole package of vitamins in when the digestive system is still fresh, clear and calm. Sergeant Tummy, Corporal Guts and Private Gall have just awoken from slumber and when they least expected comes…
RED ORANGE ATTACK!!
Salad
4 big strawberries
1 red apple (has to be red)
5 grape tomatoes
1 orange
Dressing
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
Dash of Nutmeg and Cinnamon
2 Teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar
Chop ingredients, mix well (except the oranges) and barricade the apple/ tomato/strawberry with oranges. Garnish with a parsley or mint spy tower.
Speaking of towers, poor Tatlin. His cute little Eiffel Tower spin-off Monument to the Third International was never built. He must be somewhat disappointed that it has to remain a symbol and not an actual tower. I think it looks pretty swanky. Totally be a great tourist attraction or water theme park slide. Wheeee!!
