Warm Thank Yous & Sweet Lemonades
I wanna say a big thank you to Earthmother for featuring my Raw Mini Mango Berry Pies on her blog In The Raw’s Feast For The Eyes. She made it for her birthday and enjoyed it. I am very honoured and became one happy baby ^w^ all over again. Thank you Earthmother! *hugs* In the Raw is one of the first few raw blogs that I have started following, it features delicious raw foods and up-to-date news of the raw community. Spectacular resource for raw.

Susmitha’s adorable miniture sculptures
I also wanna thank Susmitha for nominating my blog for “A Lovely Blog Award”. Do check out her fantastic vegan blog with a focus on Indian Cuisine called Rants and Raves of a New Age Chick. Talented Susmitha also makes totally collectible cute little clay figurines on sale at Etsy.com: see her blog Veganosaurus for more of these little sweet hearts.

Cool down with Liz’s Lemonade
I’ve been drinking Liz’s Lemonade from Raw Food Crafting like a daily ritual, mainly because it tastes so good while at the same time very detoxifying. Sure beats drinking lemon juice on its own. (Bit of sour but the navel oranges balances it out) Check out Liz’s divine picture of her lemonade! Don’t you feel cool just by looking at it?
Lemon is extremely beneficial for health as it is an excellent liver tonic. It also helps melt fat away like oil dissolving in soap. Everytime I drink the juice of two lemons, I will lose approx. 0.5 - 1kg the next day. It is extremely helpful to aid digestion after a big meal.
Meghan of Making Love In The Kitchen talks extensively about the health benefits of Lemons and Cayenne Pepper. Reading about the health benefits makes the detox a lot more easier. I think. hehe

Bittersweet is a good way of putting. Love/Hate would have worked too! Thanks for the link and that tart is not helping the focus on the cleanse. That looks amazing!
Oh yeah! Love/hate haha such strong words. Stay focused! lol
Thanks for sharing these links! I think I need some lemon love!
Yes siree, I licked my plate clean. No joke! That recipe’s a keeper. And, it gets a double gold star – not only tastes amazing, but it’s sooooo easy to prepare. Hard-to-screw-up scores big in my book!
Hope the Friday Feast For The Eyes sent some new traffic to your site, Ms. CherryBomb.
@vegancowgirl
in the end, sour saves the day (:
@Earthmother
Haha! Yeah it’s hard to screw that one up.
It SURE did. Sky rockets! Can’t thank you enough.
